I am a Swedish/Czech self-taught artist and solo mother shaped by different countries, cultures, and experiences throughout life.
Creativity, interiors, textures, colors, and design have always been a natural part of who I am. Long before I started painting myself, I was drawn to spaces and objects that carry warmth, personality, and emotion. Not being able to afford the kind of art I connected with became one of the reasons I started creating my own. My work moves between abstract, expressive, structured, and mixed-media pieces, depending on the feeling and idea behind each work. I often use old or discarded materials, repaint forgotten frames, and give objects a second life rather than contribute further to an already overly consumptive world. I believe art should feel personal and accessible, not reserved only for luxury spaces or people with money. I want my work to create atmosphere, emotion, warmth, and individuality in people’s homes. At the center of my work is human emotion and human experience. I want people to feel something when they look at my art, even if they cannot fully explain what it is.
